In this lesson we paint white roses from Grace Rose Farm in a silver vase with a very limited palette.  I used Titanium White, Ivory Black, Yellow Ochre, Indian Yellow, Raw Umber, Transparent Red Earth and Alizarin Crimson.  I painted mine on a 18 x 14 but I also did a version on a 20×16.  My goal with this painting was to really create a very monochromic color palette as well as a very ethereal painting.  I so enjoyed painting this for you and I hope it inspires you to paint.
