Preview of Painting Munstead Wood Roses in Glass with Elizabeth Robbins

Nothing makes my heart sing more than painting these beautiful Munstead Wood Roses!  They have such soft, buttery yellow petals and they deepen in color as they wind toward the center.  Contrasting with this soft yellow are deep Magenta Roses that really bring a visual pop to the bouquet.  In this video, I will show you how to simplify the shapes and petals within the roses and then how to create wonderful color harmony – in a way that will bring a smile to your heart the way it does mine.  We will discuss painting believable and dimensional glass for the vase and how to put in a background that ties all the elements together.  I hope you are inspired to paint!
